I have always loved fitness, whether its team sports, endurance competitions, leisurely family walks, yoga, and even SCUBA. To follow my love of fitness and to help others on the own fitness way, I became a Personal Trainer. Here you will find random tidbits of information on workouts, recipes, general health, occasional parenting, and humor.
I am first and always a family person–a wife and mother. My husband and I have been married five wonderful years. Two years ago we were blessed you a beautiful, high energy little girl who always keeps us on our toes. We love to spend time as a family. I am a laugh out loud, do-it yourself, work for what you want, and love the life you have kind of person.
Since becoming a mom, exercise has taken on a different shape for me. I no longer can exercise how I want, when I want, and where I want all the time. If I want to get in a solo exercise it either needs to be really early in the morning (often after not such a great nights sleep!) at naptime, or coordinate with my husband’s schedule. And sometimes, I can’t workout during any of these time. But that’s okay. I have found ways to still be fit and have fun and have my little girl with me (even though she HATES a stroller). If you are in a similar situation in life–or if you’re not–I hope I can inspire you to become the healthies and best version of you!
